1. Schedule a Meeting

For scheduling meetings, the following payment terms apply:

  • Payment Terms: The payment made for scheduling a meeting is non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled meeting time. If rescheduled within this period, your payment will be applied to the new meeting time. Failure to reschedule within 24 hours will result in the payment being forfeited.

2. Other Services

For all other services, customized refund policies apply based on the quote and invoice provided for each project. While our standard policy is that payments are non-refundable, we may consider issuing refunds under special circumstances that align with ethical and logical conclusions.

However, refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to our final decision. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we reserve the right to make the final determination on whether a refund is appropriate.

3. Final Decision

In all cases, the final decision on any refund request lies solely with us, based on the terms agreed upon in the project’s quote or invoice, as well as our internal assessment of the situation.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment source only. Please note that some additional charges, such as Stripe currency conversion fees or processing fees, may apply and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
